I’m Missy Ogunseye the CEO/Lead Trainer of Sterling Careers. I’m a Change & Transformation Consultant and over the past ten years, I have been designing, managing, and successfully delivering transformations programs and creating solutions to complex business problems across IT, Financial Services, Healthcare, Charity, and Public Sector.I finely combine on one hand granular knowledge of Project and Program management and on the other experience in Business Analysis, Risk, and Change management.
I hold a Bsc in Accounting and Finance from the University of Derby, BSC Business Analysis, Lean Six Sigma Blackbelt, APMG Change Management Practitioner, PRINCE2®Foundation &Practitioner, MSP® Foundation&Practitioner, Agile Scrum Master &Product Owner Certifications.
We are in an era of digital transformation and mundane skills are not adequate to access top-paying jobs.
My motto is simple: Empower as many People to access jobs they will enjoy and increase their earning capacity.
